The expansive three-acre plot includes a variety of olive trees, fruit trees, and herbs, offering an oasis of peace and tranquility. Outside the modern kitchen in the main house, there is a dining area under the pergola and a fruit orchard with lemons, oranges, grapefruits, figs, and kumquats. There is also a summer kitchen with a large dining table by the pool. The property is home to a diverse range of wildlife, including visits from nutcrackers and turtledoves, as well as eagles and vultures flying over the property on their way inland to Provence. The area is remarkably relaxing with permanent residents as neighbors. The fenced plot is very peaceful and private, accessible via an upgraded country road and with ample parking, including a garage. NB: Please note that the home is undergoing redesign. The interior and furnishings of the villa will be carefully evaluated and upgraded to &Hamlet's standards before handover, ensuring you can enjoy a comfortable and elegant stay.
